Pivot Table Help

Hello,

So I'm fairly unfamiliar with pivot tables as I haven't had to use them much, but I was curious if it was possible to create a pivot table that averages data while also show who the average is for. Attached is a copy of the workbook, Column A has all the names, and B is the score for each case. I'd like to average all of those scores per name.

Dear Jamaral

just open the file provided by MarvinP

1) click on menu Options > Field List
2) See he put names in Row Label and Question1... in Values boxes
3) click at the down arrow showing at Average of Question1...
4) select Value Field Settings
5) here you have options to get SUM, COUNT, AVERAGE, etc.
