Pivot table with multiple sheet dynamic ranges

I've made a workbook in order to manage the inventory of a product line. I have multiple worksheets in the workbook. Sheet1 is where I want my pivot table, Sheet 2 is my InputLog, Sheet3 is my OutputLog, and Sheet4 is my Reference Data base with the product information.

Is there anyway to make a Pivot Table that have 2 worksheets with dynamic ranges for the table's data range? The Input and Output logs will obviously be constantly growing so I am hoping I can have dynamic ranges that will automatically grow with the data. I've worked with Pivot Tables a bit before, but never dynamic ranges. It seems the best way would be to create two named dynamic ranges, one for each sheet, but I'm not sure how I would reference that in the Data Source table, let alone reference both sheets.

You can insert table for you raw data:- Go to Insert > Tables>Table.
