I Love the look of this chart. Any way to create in Excel 2013?

Love this chart, taken from a thinkwithgoogle article about the travel industry.

Does anyone know of a way to create something like this in excel, with two categories, bar charts facing the opposite directions, and the category labels in the middle? Will be working with dynamic values, as well.

I *think* you'd do it with 2 charts, one for the left and one for the right and just lay them on top of each other
