Using pivot table data as source for another column calculation

I have a table of people applying for funding. There are three columns

    Name Group Funded
    a 1 y
    b 2 n
    c 1 y
    d 3 n
    e 2 y

I need to create a pivot table that will display four columns:
    • the total number of applicants in each group
    • the number of successful applications within each group
    • the % funded from each group
    • the % funded from the total number funded.

Group total applied total funded % of group funded % of total funded
    1 2 2 100 67
    2 2 1 50 33
    3 1 0 0 0

I can get everything to work except the % of group funded column. I thought it would be straightforward but I seem to be missing something.

    Thanks for any suggestions

    Bill

Hi & welcome to the forum.

I have created a Pivot Table in the attached file after adding few helper columns. Please see if this suits your requirement.

That looks good. The actual data has more columns but I think I have enough to begin.

    Thanks for the assistance.
