Counting the same values appearing in multiple columns in a pivot table.

I currently have a sample database setup on phone and their issues.

Here is an example:

Model | Carrier | Size | Issue 1 | Issue 2 | Issue 3 | Cosmetic Grade | Color
iPhone 5 | Verizon | 16 | Battery / No Power | Housing | LCD | B- | White
iPhone 5 | Verizon | 16 | Housing | Vibrate Motor | Software Issue | B- | Black

The Issue I am having is when I set my pivot table it shows Housing as a tally of one when I would want it to be two.

It only counts the amount of times the same values appear in Issue 1 but I would love it to also count the amount of times the same value appears in Issue 2 and Issue 3. Does anyone have a solution?

I know I could use the CountIf() statement and run the range between the columns and value but I would like for the Pivot Table to understand the Issue 1,2,and 3 are the same. I would like for it to count the same values across 3 columns.

I have attached a sample for anyone else to see.
