Place Row Labels in Single Row?

Hello,
Is it possible to get a pivot table to place row labels on a single row? I have some example data I'm using to figure out how to do this. Ultimately I would like to use a pivot table to get a set of data I can copy directly into another table. In my example, I have a list of building names with state and number of people. I would like to get the building name by state with the largest number of people, and copy that data into another table. I can get the data I need from the pivot table, but it puts the state on a different row than building name and number of people. Is there a way to get them in the same row?
