Issue with creating pivot tables

Hi Guys,

Please help me on the below requirements,

I would like to create a pivot table with data below,

Name Profile Level Drawing Cleaning
Ali 1 Advanced Beginner
Ahmad 2 Beginner Advanced
Teddy 3 Advanced Advanced
Sally 4 Novice

as

Count of Name Drawing Cleaning
Profile Level Advanced Beginner Advance Beginner Novice
1 1 1
2 1 1
3 1 1
4 1
Grand Total 2 1 2 1 1

Currently i having Cleaning as a sub of Drawing, i want to break it out as above. Please see my attachment for full details.

Hi there,

this seems to be a tough one, although I'm not entirely sure of the purpose of this task. I believe you're looking to create parallel columns, thereby having 2x4 - 8 columns, is that correct?
I was unable to find such option to be honest, perhaps a SUMIFS or COUNTIFS would be better suited here
