Hi guys I'm sorry if a similar thread to this one already exists, I couldn't find it so I started a new one. So, I've conducted a research and now I need to make a Pivot table to show general numbers of the participants in the research. I'm sorry it's in Macedonian but I'll tell you what the columns and rows are about. The rows are the Faculties my participants study at, and the top row of the columns are the year of study (1,2,3,4,5,6) and under them are the genders (male, female). I had very hard time figuring out how to make it look like this but I managed to do it at the end but the problem is it doesn't show the numbers. I need this table to show from which Faculty how many participants have participated in the study, organized by the year of study and number of males and females for each year. Can someone help me with this? I'm new with Excel and Pivot tables and I'm having a really hard time managing them Thank you!
