and copy down
2) columns D and E ->Create Bar Chart
3) formatting: serie 2 (column E) - plot on secondary axis and then delete secondaty horizontal axis

now you can fine-tune the chart (distance between bars (probably some 30% will do, bar colors, Legend etc.
