Creating a chart with 2 headers

I'd like to create a line graph that includes 2 sets of data under each date. Column A shows the regions I'm interested in. Is there any way to do this as the table is? Or does it need rearranging? I'm open to different representations of the data. I only need that the two data types be different lines/columns on a primary and secondary vertical axis.

    Thanks!
