How to draw range graph

Friends, Need help to draw a graph to depict this data

Category A Low:68 High: 81 Actual: 66
Category B Low:74 High: 88 Actual: 81
Category C Low:32 High: 38 Actual: 35

Would like to draw a horizontal rectangle bar, where both ends will denote the 'low' and 'high' and the 'actual' will be somewhere in between. This graph will be used to depict where exactly the 'actual' lies.. is it more closer to the 'low' or middle or more closer to the 'high'.

Please help how to draw a graph like this - one row for each category.
