Changing size of pie of pie chart

Can I change the size of the individual pies of a pie of a pie chart independently?

Do you mean change the size of the pie slices? Their sizes are determined by the data. Do you mean something like scale it up for emphasis?

I mean changing the size of the entire circle. I can drag the sizing of an individual pie chart, but can't seem to do that with the 'pie of a pie' chart. The secondary pie is smaller than the primary and I want them to be equal.
