Waterfall with dual bar start and end

Hi, I have a waterfall here (include negative figures) which I want to include a dual bar (one on top of the other) at the beginning and the end, to show the $ figure compare to the %.
Anyone can show me how? It's the 2 figures highlighted in blue (E6 & E13) that I want to insert as a bar on top of the yellow bars (e.g. secondary axis).

How did you get the dual bar in? and when I tried to refresh with new set of numbers (I have over 30 products require this waterfall) the 2 axis does not aligned to start at zero along the horizontal axis, see attachment...how do I align them?

you need to replicate the secondary axis to the first

in order to get consistency i would recommend you fix both first and secondary axis
