Comparing Multiple Data

Hi,

I have a couple of questions please.

1. What is the easiest way to present the following information into a graph to compare the revenue and profit won over each quarter for the year 2014 and over the year 2015 -

List of companies (Lets say 15)
Revenue and profit data from 2014 and 2015 for the months Apr/May/June.

2. Also, I have a table with the date quoted in the first column, different companies in second column, Won/Quoted/Cancelled in third column, Revenue amount in fourth column, amount of Profit in 5th column. How can this be easily manipulated so I can see the number of companies that we are quoting but not winning deals with?

Any help step by step much appreciated.

Is there no solution to this at all?

What about being able to put company names along the bottom axis, Euro value on the left axis and GP on the right axis, and have GP & Revenue in a column chart? Is it not possible to overlay/compare 2014 and 2015 on one graph?

Is no one able to give any advice to this, or is it just not possible to be able to put this amount of data on one graph? Can the below be put onto 1 graph so the quotes can be correlated to the revenue won in each month, in 2014 and in 2015?

So data is as follows -

Revenue April 2014 79500 (Quotes 113)
Revenue May 2014 44100 (Quotes 113)
Revenue June 2014 35860 (Quotes 110)

Revenue May 2015 42850 (Quotes 86)
Revenue May 2015 61315 (Quotes 163)
Revenue June 2015 18065 (Quotes 61)
