Pivot Table Display Block Rows not Inline Columns

My data is setup like this in the sheet:

Col A | Col B | Col C | Col D |
Week | Sick Day| Holiday | Break |
1 2 1 5
2 0 0 1
3 0 0 2

Pivot Tables display this data in the same "left to right" column format, no matter where I put the fields. This must be easy, but I'd like to put everything in a vertical block format like so:

Week 1 2 3
Sick 2 0 0
Holiday 1 0 0
Break 5 1 1

I will be using slicers to sort by the week and the user should only be looking at one week at a time. (also if anyone knows how to restrict a slicer to only one data element selected at a time that'd be great.) Any help is appreciated!

Your solution can look a bit messy with more data and the absolute naming on the left of the table is not ideal, BUT it does work and I really appreciate the input! There must not be an easy way to do this, huh.

This is a little less messy, and I believe it will allow you to focus on only the data elements that you want to view (by using the "Selections" filter)
