Entire chart hides when one row is hidden

First time posting on this forum, but I have been unable to find the solution to my problem either here or on another forum.
The problem I am having is that the two charts on this sheet are hiding themselves whenever I hide row 11 (the sheet in question is attached). I want to hide this row because I don't want the sheet calculations to be seen (found in rows 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19). I can successfully hide the other calculations rows, but for some irritating reason hiding row 11 hides the charts.
I have already changed the setting to show hidden data, as well as the setting to have the charts not move/resize with cell changes.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to correct this problem?

No problem when I try to hide row 11... I'm also using 2010. Open the version you posted (ie download it from the forum). Do you still lose the charts when you hide row 11?

Well, that's interesting. What is even more interesting is that when I opened the original file the problem had disappeared as well. I had previously tried closing and reopening the file, but maybe I needed to completely exit Excel for it to work properly.
