Sort by multiple column criteria within a pivot table

Is there any way (simple sorting, calculated field, vba, etc) to be able to sort within a pivot table by multiple column values. My pivot shows rows as problems, then column values are counts of unique problems at each severity level. There are several problems per severity level. I want to be able to sort by severity level (so the highest severity problems are in the first column), then highest count of each within that level.

Attaching excel file with an example base data, pivot, and final result. Right now, I am simply copying the pivot, pasting as values on a new sheet, then sorting as a regular excel file. This last sheet is what I send out to my engineers. If I only had to do one report, that would be an "okay" process; when it gets to be 10+, there has to be a better way.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Is this layout ok for you?

See the sheet with the pivot table.
Notice my main language is not English.

Thumbs up Re: Sort by multiple column criteria within a pivot table

Thank you oeldere. That is a very simple solution...my engineers are used to seeing it one way which is why I was trying to keep it in the same format. (Engineers are not usually known for their flexibility lol...at least not mine!) HOWEVER, I am going to present this as my new format and see how much pushback I get.
Thank you for helping me think outside the box.
