Comparison between employees

Hi ,

I have a Pivot table (attached the spreadsheet) which is displaying data (Count of Incident) of all asscoiate for respective months. Now if I want to compare data between two or three associates based on associate selection, how can I do it here in Pivot. By default, it is showing as All.
Please help.

Put your Associate Name field in the Columns section of the workbook.

You can still filter to your required Associate(s), by using the header dropdown button, or by adding a slicer.
