Bar Graph in cells

I have a table in my excel sheet.
I am wondering if it is possible to create a bar graph in this table : http://snag.gy/zBtZd.jpg
When my 1st task i have 1 on S and 4 on F, i would like a bar graph to be created from 1 to 4 on the dates, or highlight them at minimum if a graph is not possible.

In cell bars or graphs are available on Excel 2010-2016 versions. This feature called Sparklines and it is locate under Insert tab.

There are other tricks can used which would require REPT() function, the character |, and one of the fonts named Stencil or Playbill
