Excel Database with non pivot table format

Hi guys

At work I have a thing to do every week, and it takes me forever to finish, it is a sales database that one of our customers send but it is not structured for pivot table, I need to introduce in each row information to be able to extract the info an to do a pivot table.

It is not a good idea to post image files, as some browsers can't display them on this forum - attach a sample Excel workbook instead.
