creating a table that will link to a pivot table and change as the pivot table is changed

Hello Everyone,

Using 2013,

At work I have been tasked with creating tables that will link to a pivot table and change as the user manipulates the pivot table. We are looking to try and have a template so anyone can open the template change the pivot tables to show the information for their specific client and then use our "push to powerpoint macro" we created to create a presentation we can show to clients. What we currently have are tables that will change but if extra rows or columns are added in the tables wont change size to accommodate the new data. the simplest way to do this would be some sort of IF statement but then the cell shows a 0 when nothing is in it. Is there a more advanced formula I can put into the cells of a table to reference that will do this or is there a way to build a table to change size? Im fairly decent with excel but this is beyond my skill set. If anyone has an idea im eager to hear it!

you can use dynamic ranges or change your range to a TAble.

this would automatically adjust whenever new data is added.
