Pivots are designed to report "Aggregates" (sum, min, max, average, count...) - it won't give you what you are looking for.
If you need to break the column on the "Data" tab into a table, you'll be best served with another approach.

You can do the following:
1) Remove that arrow from the bottom of your data list (column A)
2) Paste a list of unique names, transposed on another tab (I put that on 'MACRO RESULTS' tab). To get a unique list, copy your data A column, paste it anywhere and use the "Remove Duplicates" feature which can be found on the Data Tab of the ribbon.
3) Once you have a table header row (made from the unique names) you can run this macro to populate it:

That will give you a static table, like your "Column Header" tab, but for all the names.
**Also, I put a formula on the "FORMULA" tab that can do this dynamically (see attachment) but the table is much to large to use this for the entire collection of 10530 data points.
