Split SumTotal according to underlying criteria (Std Pivot)

As the attached example will hopefully illustrate, I need to split a SumTotal by criteria used in the table.

I have run out of ideas after extensive reading and testing :-)

Populate J16 with the formula:

=SUMIFS(J$18:J$38,$I$18:$I$38,$I16)

then copy across and down.
