Eliminate Blanks from Pivot Table

Hi Guys,

Hope all is well. I was wondering if someone could help me out on the following issue. I have a pivot table (which I attached) and I would like to eliminate the blanks from it. I have already tried Ctrl+G, Special, Blank, space, and Ctrl+Enter. Which partly solved the issue.

However I would like for the pivot table to be a little bit neater (if this is possible), since there are some rows which are still showing the '+' sign.

I don't know if this is possible.

If you Add the field containing the blanks into the 'Report Filter' section of the Pivot, you can unselect Blanks from the drop-down

Not sure what you mean about the '+'s, but if you want to minimise a level, click on one and choose 'Collapse Entire Field' on the 'PivotTable Tools'> 'Options' TAB
