Right mouse over your chart > Format data labels > label Position > Inside Base
If someone has helped you then please add to their Reputation

Your advice is regarding "Series.Collection Labels".
My question is regarding "Tick Labels".
So, your answer is not regarding my question.

only way is to fake the axis labels with textboxes
