I have mocked up what you're asking for, but I would like to strongly suggest that you abandon this idea because you are trying to remove the sense of scale. It is a poor visual aid that will only cause confusion when your audience is trying to read it.
Even with the space I put in to try and separate the two, it is still poor design.
