daily table into weekly chart

Hi all,
I have a table in excel which list my bike workouts for each day.
How would i go about making a chart which will take a daily figure and make them into a weekly figure.

for example.
i would like a chart for date and TSS but in a weekly format and something i don't need to touch again

is this possible
bike workouts.xlsx

add a new column to add the week =weeknumber(a2)

After that make a pivot table and a pivot graph.

Thanks for the reply but i'm not sure if i explained correctly.

What I want it for example in your document Week 37 to be added together and to be one chart on a bar graph then the same for each week
