Not sure I understand what you are asking, but if you are just trying to rearrange columns, you can do that in the PT "field list" window (where you add or remove columns). just drag the heading up or down

Select the column header in the pivot table and hover your mouse pointer to the right cell boundary, the pointer will be changed to a move cursor i.e. four direction arrows, left click and drag the column to the desired location.

I get error. It says "you can't carry the some of the PivotTable report..."

She is not moving a pivot column instead she is moving a table column.
After she created a pivot table she double click the pivot table and another table opens.
She rename column the titles, click any cell on the table and click insert pivot table. So the column she moved belongs to a pivot table.
Isn't It?
