In Design menu, I select Grand totals and On Rows and Column. But only Total on column is calculated. I want to see the total of the row too (cost by month). See the picture.

Great picture. Pretty useless in determining why you're not getting what you want, or even if what you want is possible.
Post a sample workbook.

Grand Totals don't add up separate data fields. You need a calculated field.
