Could you help me to add figures in the second vertical axis (like attached photo)?

Hi everyone,

I would like to make a chart like attached photo. It has the same figures in both vertical axis. Normally, I only make chart with figure in one side.

Thanks all

Hi, welcome to the forum

1st Please upload a sample of your workbook, not a picture of your data. Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you
Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls and stuff) - and, depending on what browser is being used, some pics dont even show up on the forum

Your workbook should show a small desensitized example of the data you are working with and a manual mockup of the expected results.

2nd, it sounds like you need to add a 2nd X axis for this.

right-click the line you want for the 2nd axis
Clic the Format Data Series
Click 2nd axis
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Regards
Ford

The 2nd axis option is available if you right-click 1 of the series (say - green), then select Format data Series...slect 2nd Axis is towards the botton on the right

Im puzzled as to why you would want all series to be on both axis anyway?

put dummy data on to create a secondary axis

manually fix the maximum for that axis (14 in this case)

change the fill for the chart to no fill so it doesn't show up in the legend

oh yeah dont name the series anything as well so it remains blank on legend as well

Thank you very much. I can do that

However, there are many steps, right? Are there easier method?

its only many steps because you are not used to do it yet....
its like saying changing the font, alignment and bold and italics with a border around is many steps

easier method...save the file as template and change the data that goes into the chart
