    Exclamation Efffective Chart Presentation

I need help in presenting the numbers in the worksheet attached. I need to be able to show in the graph the number of accounts covered which are below each column header (time) and the number of accounts is the accounts that they need to cover. Whats the most effective way of presenting my data that will allow them to understand how the accoutns are covered every hour with the total # of accounts included.

    Hello
Take a look at the attached reply. It might give you a few ideas. It's a standard Bar Graph with an XY Scatter on the Secondary axis to provide the target line for the # of Accounts.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you. But is there a way where I can show that they are almost near the target?

I'm assuming from this that you perhaps wanted to show the accumulative count for 10am - 2pm. Ben's solution above is one way of getting a percentage breakdown against the target. Alternatively, you could use something like a stacked bar, see attached image.
