Help me make this data look better /charts/pivot

Hi,

So, I have this data. As the year progress all weeks/cars will have data. I really want to have some sort of chart and/or pivot that lets me all data on all cars pr. week. And with some filter that lets me compare several weeks... for instance week 1 and 7... 1,3 and 12 etc.

I really need it to look decent for a dashboard and I can only set up a pivot that lets me have bars, showing 1 week at the time.

ANY suggestion is highly aprecciated!
