    Hello my friend

You have to add Calculated Field

When you click on PivotTable, shows 2 contextual Tabs (Options and Design).

Click on Options and search for the button Fields, Itens & Sets.

Click on it and search for Calculated Fields

There you can add any kind of simple equations... you can't add functions like IF or SUM... but simple mathematical signs.

I just checked your file... the problem is that the data isn't correctly organized

It should be one Header for each number with Current and Previous

    Something like: Current Hdr1 | Previous Hdr1 | Current Hdr2 | Previous Hdr2 | ...

This way you can use calculated fields to do your job
