Hello,
I can't figure out how to hide the walls on a 3D bar chart. If I remove gridlines, Excel removes them from the walls and the floor. I only want gridlines on the floor. How do I do this?
Much appreciated.

Thanks, but my Walls Primary Vertical Axis setting is already None and there are still vertical axes showing on both walls...
attach a sample file
will take the guess work out of what you have
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.

Attached is a sample of what I'm talking about. Gridlines are on the floor, but I can't get rid of them on the walls
Thanks so much for your help!!!
unfortunate you cant just select the "walls" gridlines and not the floor ones as an option (well that i know of anyway)
work around would be to make the gridlines the same colour as your back ground and your floor a contrast colour so it stands out against white

humdingaling, you rock. I knew it would take a creative solution, because I've been working with Excel for decades and I rarely get stumped on stuff like this. Brilliant.
Thanks so much for taking the time to help. Here's what I ended up with after some finagling with your solution...
