Hi all this is my first post here. I have not been able to get any help anywhere else so I am hoping someone here may have an answer. Thank you in advance for your time and input!

I made a workbook to report google analytic data. I pull the analytic data into excel via the api directly to a sheet that just contains that data. I then have roughly 20 different pivot tables showing that data in various ways on other pages. I ran some refresh tests early on (when I only had 2 tables and a small amount of data) and everything seemed to refresh fine. However now I have the report completed and I went and refreshed the analytic data and the corresponding tables.... disaster!

Previously, "Date" was in the rows filtered to January and in the columns was "years" filtered to 2015 and 2016. Some were "date" in the rows set to the "last month" in the date filter with "years" in the columns set to 2016 only.

When I refreshed it takes the years out of the columns and puts it into the rows. It adds quarters to the rows as well and it gives me every day in the data individually. Then when I go select the tables most of them wont let me fix them because they are "overlapping other pivot tables" (which is due to the fact that they are giving every individual date in the rows subsequently making them 4 miles long).

To clarify, I am not trying to preserve the formatting of the cells. I want my rows and columns to stay the same as well as the filters when I refresh the pivot table. Is this possible?

Thank you for your time any help would be great!
