Single Column to 3 Separate Columns

Hi,

We're trying to visually show cost scenarios for 2017. 2016 we want to show 1 single number, and then 2017 we want to have 3 separate scenarios - is there a way to do this? I've set the 2 scenarios to $0 in 2016 for now, but as you can see in the image the bar isn't centered in 2016.

My first thought -- instead of putting 2016's value in "scenario 1" and 0 in scenarios 2 and 3 for 2016, put 2016's value in "scenario 2" and have scenarios 1 and 3 be set to 0.
