I will answer with a cautious "Yes, I think almost anything is possible with enough time, effort, and skill." You have not given much detail, though, so it is hard to know exactly what you are after.
Sometimes we use "bar" a little loosely. Technically "bar" charts refer to horizontally oriented bars, and a "column" chart refers to vertically oriented bars, though we sometimes say "bar" when we mean "column".
If I assume that you mean "bar" + line combination, then I will point you to this tutorial: http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/BarLineCombo.html
If you meant "column" + line combination, that should be even easier, simply change the chart type of the "line" series from column to line.
