Getting correct grand totals when using calculated field in pivot table

I'm having trouble with a calculated field. I created a calculated field that divides one field by another. However, the grand totals (for rows/columns) isn't correct. Can somone take a look at attached and tell me why? Thankeshun.

The figures under GRAND TOTAL for both columns and rows is the AVERAGE, not a SUM.

In your pivot Table, under Values, you have "Sum of Field1"
This should be "Sum of Volume"
Field1 is your calculated field with Volume/Contracts, but Contracts has not been included in the Pivot Table.

Grand Total calculation is correct but is perhaps not what you wish:
    Total volume = 73
    Total contracts = 700
    73 / 700 = 0.104285714285714 as pivot table shows.
