    Stacked bar chart help

I have attached a table of data and I am stuck as to how to chart the data, I would like a bar chart possibly stacked if possible but if another way is better then please let me know.
I would like to chart by: condition by number of occurrences
Foreign body type by number of occurrences
Metal alarm occurrences by number of alarms and metal found

Or any chart that will show all the data in 1 chart will do

Many thanks for any help given on this

I didn't know what your goal is. I also changed your data so I could show the differences. I made two charts one a simple bar chart the other a pareto chart. The pareto chart is useful for looking at the biggest issues. The only thing is you will have to sort your data before the chart will look right. Check these out and see if I am on the right track.

Thanks Vicarious but not what I was after, I wanted condition by No of occurrences in one stack, foreign body by No of occurrences in another stack and metal alarm occurrences, No of alarms and metal found on a third stack all on one chart but anything putting them like that in any chart type would be nice.
    Thanks Lewster

File attached with 3 separate charts, I would like if possible these 3 made in to one, so 3 stacked bar charts on the one chart.
    Thanks

Are you looking for something like this "clustered and stacked column chart"? http://peltiertech.com/clustered-sta...mn-bar-charts/

    Re: Stacked bar chart help

It is heading in the right direction although not quite there as these use the same 4 points on the axis as I would need 5 on one stack, 5 on another and 3 on another

    Re: Stacked bar chart help

2 stacks of 5 plus one stack of 3 should not matter. The stack of 3 will have a couple of blank, 0, or N/A values instead of values for the bar segments.

A completely different question, as we try to understand what you are trying to do here: Why combine the three charts into one? Why not keep them as three separate charts? What does combining the charts show or show better than three separate charts?
