Excel Chart to a monthly calendar schedule

HELP... I am need to use the information i have on a table to create a monthly calendar. The information on the table is as follows:Superintendent Name
Job
Start Date
End Date



I have tried multiple ways of doing this and am the point of complete frustration! If anyone can give me some ideas, it would be much appreciated.
