Lightbulb PivotTable sub-total/grand total percentage issue

    Hi everyone,

Please see example attached. All the individual line percentages are accurate (since they were calculated in the dataset the PT is referencing); however the sub-total and grand total percentages are incorrect because Excel is summing the individual percentages from above. How can I get Excel to do the math ONLY at the sub-total/grand total level instead of simply summing from above?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

I find it difficult to understand what results you expect since we can't see the data on which the PT is based.

Would you upload an example workbook which contains both data and PT and exhibits similar results to he question you pose. Tell us what results you expect to see in the subtotal/total levels.

How do I show the sub-total/grand total lines as % of total line of the parent? Thank you.
