I have gotten this far with my pivot table:

I know need another subtotal added but I can not figure out how to do it! I need it to look like this:
Social Service
NAME
REG 5
Name Total 5
Name 2
OT 10
REG 30
Name 2 Total 40
REG 35
OT 10
Social Service Total 45

You'd be better advised to upload the workbook and manually add what you expect the results to look like in another area.+
Are you sure that picture you show is the Pivot Table area?

Sorry didn't realize how that looked. This picture in the original post is how the pivot table looks now. This is how I want it to look, with the totals at the bottom of the departments. (I cleaned it up a little since I had to manually do this one):
