Help Box Plots And 4 Points

I have been trying to work on box plots with little success. I wanted to see if anyone could help me set these up. I put an excel with the high, low, current, and median number. I wanted to plot a normalized version of the data and not normalized . So the high and low are scaled. Within the excel I showed an example. Basically I want to know where things are relative the their range and median. If anyone can help, that would be great. Also wanted them to look kind of like I show in the excel, where the range in a rectangle, and the data points are straight lines, or whatever, I can play with that.
