Sort the survey responses:

We have NPS survey set for the company, and every question is stored in separate rows. I have included the raw results we get, and how I want to sort them. I'd appreciate if someone can help me with whether to use a formula, pivot or something to achieve the results I expect.

My work is in Excel, but you can certainly use this method in GoogleDocs.

1) Manually create a starting index, for me it is column A of the attached SUMMARY sheet.
2) Then use INDEX/MATCH formulas to grab the data from the matching rows
3) The final column F is the only one that must be adjusted +1 for the Match.
