    Progress-Chart with different start/end Dates

Here is my problem, which I have not gotten around yet:

Each week I have to update a sheet which contains following Information (It is a path-time diagramm in horizontal and contains thousands of tasks) by hand (I put in start/end/Progress):

    -Starting Date
    -Ending Date
    -Percentage of work done
-(Overall length (in days) as additional information -already automated)

Here is my question and to make it easy I will just look at one Task and not a series:

Can I make a Chart that: Starts/Ends at the dates of my table (not at 0) by itself? And if yes, can I make it so that the entire bar is a Progress-bar which contains my % Information?

Thank you for your help - I'm quite new with Excel so be easy on me!

    For Example:

    ________________2016_______________
January February March April May June July
    --------- [____________ --------- ]

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
let Source = #table({"Question","Thread", "User"},{{"Answered","Mark Solved", "Add Reputation"}}) in Source
