    Displaying employee headcount in 15 min intervals

    Hey Guys,

    First time poster. Not able to find a suitable previous thread for this.

    I have designed a shift pool, that I think matches my inbound call curve.

    I cannot figure out for the life of me how to set it up so that it counts out the how many agents will be logged in at a particular 15 minute interval. It should be mentioned some of the shifts go past midnight (i think that was an important factor in previous requests)

    This worked for me.

    Of course, you'll probably want to add day of week to your worksheet to align days worked to the call curve.

    ...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
