Question Excel 2010 Pivot selection colour - is it possible to change it

    Hi

I wondered if it was possible to change the pivot selection highlight colour.

Its abit hard to explain so hopefully this picture helps.

When selecting from a list within a pivot, it is highlighted a very pale purple, which I have trouble seeing and wondered if its possible to change the colour, when I look away and back again, its not strikingly obvious where I got up to.

    I hope that makes sense?

    Thank you

    Clair

Not an anwer to your question, but,

when you select multiple items, it will show a V in front of the items (itemname), in which you can see it is selected.
Notice my main language is not English.

I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.

    Hi,

I don't know of a way to alter that without using the high contrast settings in Windows. If you can embed the chart in a worksheet, you might consider using a slicer to filter it, which makes it considerably easier to see the current filter choice.
