how on earth do i chart this (in some userfriendly easy-ish way!)

here's my data

so, in a sense, you can describe it this way: there are 6 line charts, labeled 1y-6y. there are 8 points on each series. 7 of them have fixed x values , 1 of them has a varying x value.
i want to chart a LINE chart , where only y-values at adjacent x-values are joined.


i would want a big dot, in the same colour as the line of that series, for the point whose x-value varies.a1.png
