Automatically export columns to a separate sheet based on initials.

I would like to automatically export a column with all of its data from on sheet to another based on a set of initials.

I have attached a sample of my sheet.

I would like to pull the two columns in red to a separate sheet based on the initials circled in blue.

My apologies. The tabs represent different services. The last tab is me just seeing if a different format works better. I'm a very basic user.
