Column chart with variable data ranges

Hi I'm looking to produce a column chart of two axis (x,y), however the data i need to input comes in 3 different ranges over the 'x' axis. My 'x' axis is a range from 0 - 150 and say i have data points referring to a single number (i.e. 57) and data points referring to a range (i.e. 35 - 55).

Here is an example of the kind of graph i would like to produce:

Any ideas if this is possible in excel?
